Personalised and inclusive tuition
I offer a personalised and inclusive tutoring service designed around each individual’s unique learning needs. Whether you are an elective home learner or a school-based student, my approach is tailored to ensure effective learning outcomes. I am based in Suffolk and can work face to face for home tutoring or online in Sudbury or Woodbridge areas. Online tutoring is available for anyone living further afield.
I am a qualified teacher and SENDCo and have supported children and young people for over 35 years In a variety of settings. Now working solely as a personal tutor, I am able to offer my expertise to provide young people with the best opportunities to progress through a range of creative and engaging approaches. I provide a calm, safe and patient environment to meet identified educational needs. I have experience and qualifications for neurodiverse learners including specific learning difficulties (SpLD) and autistic spectrum disorder (ASD).
Working both face to face and online, I can arrange lessons around your schedule and am available throughout the week and on Saturday.
I offer tuition up to GCSE level / Functional Skills for English and maths and most foundation subjects up to Key Stage 3 (Year 9). I am familiar with all major exam boards for GCSE, iGCSE and Functional Skills.
I have an enhanced DBS certificate, am a member of the Tutors‘ Association and have full business insurance. References are always . available upon request.
